Individual Therapy Session
$125
Standard 1 hour virtual session.
Insurance & Out-of-Network
I am an out-of-network provider. This allows us to focus entirely on your needs without being constrained by insurance company requirements.
Superbills Available
I can provide monthly superbills that you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Sliding Scale
I maintain a limited number of sliding scale spots to help make therapy accessible. Please inquire about current availability if needed.
Initial Intake Assessment

A comprehensive initial meeting to discuss history and goals.
Couples Session
Focusing on relational dynamics and communication methods.
