A Little More About Me
Meet Your New Jersey & Virginia Telehealth therapist Outside the Office
“I became a therapist because I believe some of the most powerful moments happen when someone finally feels safe enough to say, ‘This is what I’m really going through.’”
Outside of my work I’m a mom and military spouse. These roles have given me a personal appreciation for the many responsibilities we carry and the challenges that can come with balancing relationships, family, career, life transitions, and our own well-being.
When I’m not in session, I enjoy spending time with my family, being near the beach, photography and editing, attending Philadelphia sporting events, taking walks, and unwinding with a good TV series. I believe that making time for the people and activities that bring us joy is an important part of creating balance in everyday life.

My Therapeutic Approach
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
We'll explore the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and develop practical strategies to shift unhelpful patterns.
Trauma-Informed Care
I understand that trauma lives in the body and the nervous system, not just the mind. Our work will honor your pace and prioritize your sense of safety above all else.
Mindfulness-Based Techniques
I'll introduce grounding and mindfulness practices to help you stay present, manage overwhelming emotions, and reconnect with your body.
Narrative Therapy
Your story matters. We'll examine the narratives you've been told (and told yourself) and work together to rewrite the ones that no longer serve you.
